Our equipment at Query Foundry DC is down at the time of writing this announcement. We have contacted them yesterday and are waiting to hear back with more details. The outage appears to be isolated only to our equipment. As soon as services are online(hopefully) everybody will be compensated for the downtime. Right now we are with tied hands. P.S. Services in Dallas with Incero are online and not affected - XenStorage range. This affects ByteShack Dallas, SugarVPS and AbusiveCores.
